Who can apply
Eligibility, plainly stated.
We don't make false promises. Here is exactly who we can place, and the documentation we need.
Baseline criteria
- Nigerian national, ordinarily resident in Nigeria, aged 18 or older.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) an international passport valid for at least 12 months beyond your planned date of departure.
- In good general health and able to complete a basic medical fitness assessment.
- No active criminal proceedings; willing to obtain a Nigeria Police Force character certificate.
- Functional spoken English. We work with multiple languages, but English is the common floor for international placements.
Skills and experience
We place into entry-level and skilled trades across 9 sectors — hospitality, culinary, transport, skilled trades, cleaning, retail, office, construction and beauty — currently in Turkey and the Gulf. A formal degree is not required for most roles; relevant experience, certifications or vocational training are.
For supervisory and experienced placements (kitchen leads, senior housekeepers, certified caregivers, etc.) we ask for documented experience or relevant qualifications.
What we will need
- A current CV / résumé (PDF or scanned image).
- A recent passport-style photograph.
- International passport bio page (if you hold one).
- Education or vocational certificates relevant to your desired role.
- One or more reference letters (previous employer, school, community leader, religious authority).
- Police character certificate and medical fitness report — usually requested after the initial review.
What disqualifies an applicant
- Submitting false information or forged documents.
- Active immigration bans, unresolved criminal proceedings or a history of trafficking-related convictions.
- Refusing to comply with our anti-trafficking declaration or our fee transparency policy.
- Applying for roles or destinations we don't support.
A note on honesty
We'd rather know your true situation up front than discover it mid-placement. If you're unsure about a detail (a past visa denial, a gap in employment, a health condition), declare it. We work with that information; we cannot help around hidden facts.
